  I want to be clear that my issue isn’t with the store or the team — it’s with the duty manager. On multiple visits, he has come across as openly rude, short-tempered, and visibly frustrated, and that attitude is directed straight at customers. Interactions feel tense and uncomfortable, as if basic questions are an inconvenience. It creates a really negative atmosphere and makes the whole experience unpleasant. What’s just as concerning is how he handles his team. The store is clearly understaffed and the staff seem under pressure, but instead of stepping in to help, he appears impatient and unsupportive. When a team is struggling, a manager should be leading, helping, and setting the tone — not adding to the stress. It’s disappointing, because the rest of the staff seem to be trying their best. Unfortunately, the way this manager behaves — both towards customers and his own team — really lets the store down

  I go there everyday to get dinner, The steak is amazing, Bakery is also great, there’s even a barista bar, butchers, post office and the staff are so kind, Wish I could add a photo but sadly I have none. The exterior and interior is great.

  Bigger after renovation...great products and the bakery section is really good.
